Minced Meat and Spaghetti in the same pot!

One of the challenges of we single people is to wash two pots after cooking. This is why I came up with this recipe that you just have to use one pot. Genius, right? So anyway, mincemeat and spaghetti is a common dish. Whereby you make the mincemeat stew aside and boil the spaghetti in a separate pot. Well, the fixer in me tried to have them together and it was edible! See what I did.
What you need:
·         A ¼ kilo of mincemeat
·         1 packet of Spaghetti ( I doubt you will use the whole packet)
·         1 capsicum (pilipili hoho)
·         3 bunches of dhania
·         One large onion
·         3 tomatoes
·         Spices to taste
·         Salt to taste
What to do
I always boil all kinds of meat before I cook. I like soft meat.
·         Boil the mincemeat, just ¼ cup of water will be enough. As it boils prepare the ingredients.
·         After 10 minutes add the chopped onion, tomato and capsicum into the now dry mincemeat
·         Add vegetable oil. Not too much, mincemeat has its own fat.
·         Add any spice you desire. I use beef cubes.
·         Stir till the ingredients are well cooked and mixed with the mincemeat. (You can tell from the sweet smell)
·         Add a 1 ½ cupful’s of water
·         Let it boil
·         Cut your spaghetti into shorter bunches and put them in the boiling broth and stir to achieve a mix.
·         Add your chopped Dhania into the mix and stir
·         Reduce the heat on the cooker so the boiling is slow.
·         It’s ready to eat when the water is dried up and it’s not soggy.
Enjoy! If it burns, try again till you get it right.
